This video shows the snow scene of Akita Airport in Akita City, Akita Prefecture Japan and the takeoff and landing of a Airliner.
In the Tohoku winter, snow tends to fall mainly in the area on the Sea of Japan side, and snow removal continues in various places, but it is also good to see the snow scenery that feels the severe winter nature of Tohoku.
In January 2012, I recorded the snow scene unique to Akita Airport and the scenery of the arrival and departure of an airplane. Please enjoy the video.
Akita Airport airplane landing in snow All Nippon Airways Airbus A320-200
ANA was one of the few Airbus aircraft that had been active since 1995, but retired in June 2019.
Akita Airport Take-off and landing of two consecutive airplanes
Includes taxiing and takeoff of ANA Wings’ Bombardier DHC-8-Q400 (DASH-8) JA848A, and landing of Boeing B737-800 JA331J of Japan Airlines.
The pure white snow scene was very beautiful, but I did not edit it after shooting, so the white balance was not correct.
There was a fixed concept that image quality would be degraded if edited, but it’s embarrassing to look back now.
