This is a video of the “Oarai Spring Festival Kairaku Festa 2016 Spring Fireworks Festival” held in Oarai Town, Higashiibaraki County, Ibaraki Prefecture Japan on March 20, 2016.
It was a lively event with various stage shows such as a talk show by the cast members of the TV anime “Girls & Panzer” and a performance by the Oarai High School Marching Band.
At night, a beautiful firework in charge of Nomura Fireworks Industry in Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture was launched.
