Jinba Waterfall is a waterfall that spans the Gotomeki River that flows through the northern part of Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture Japan.
The water that springs from the lava gap of Mt. Fuji and the water that flows from the upstream form a waterfall with a head of 5 meters and a width of 20 meters.
When Minamoto no Yoritomo, who became a shogun in 1192, conducted the current military exercise, “Fuji no Makigari,” in 1193, he was laying a camp near the waterfall.
He named this waterfall “Jinba Waterfall” when he did it.
This waterfall is beautiful and clean water and nature woven landscape of the foot of Fuji, the water gushing from here it becomes possible drinking of what is required of the boil.
